Spinach Dip


I got this recipe from Hayley but I made it for the 1st time for our Halloween Party and it seemed to be a great hit, there wasn't much left. It's easy to make the night before and it's served cold so no heating or anything. It's great to bring with you somewhere since it's so easy and yummy!


Ingredients

1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeeze dried)
1 cup of mayo
16 oz sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours. Serve in bread bowl.

I used the sweet hawaiian bread pieces to dip in it but you can use pretty much anything you want.
