And Finally-The Wedding

So the wedding was held at Butterfly Gap in Maryville. What a beautiful place in the fall. We got ready in a cabin, took pictures around a man-made lake with the gorgeous leaves all around us. Everything is very modern for a place like that. Lots of windows and the reception hall has walls that open. Very cool place and very nice people that run it. Here are some of my favorties. Sorry they aren't in order, you know how blogger works.

Speech time-I was so nervous but everyone said I did good. I even made people laugh :)

So I had one week off to not think about weddings. Hayley called last night and has set a date for June 27th in Knoxville. I am going to be the Maid of Honor with Erin as the Matron. I'm very honored and can't wait for the big day. Lots to do and plan. I will keep you posted.

The best part about this picture is that the speech I had planned talked about a memory from when Erin and I were 11 years old. We were singing "I will always love you" as loud as we can when Erin sang out of tune (she doesn't have the best voice). It is a memory that we laugh about still to this day. Well as we were sitting there drying our nails that song came on and we started laughing and singing like Erin did so long ago. I was so excited but then again also thinking that she will never believe me when I say I've been planning my speech with that memory for months. She did!!

Erin's Wedding-Rehearsal Dinner

The rehearsal dinner was at Copper Cellar on the Strip (I hadn't been there in forever). We had a fun time with the masks, and the food was great.

Erin's Wedding-Bridesmaid Luncheon

The Bridesmaid Luncheon was held at The Orangery. It was a great meal and fun time. Her mom did the charm cake. I got the tiara and everyone said it's because I'm next :). Erin got us adorable COACH clutches, each with a different color trying to match our style. Then we all got matching flip flops to wear at the reception, and gift certificates for our hair and nails. A VERY nice gift bag!!!

Erin's Mom gave her her late Granny's ring that had been re-done. Erin was very close with her Granny so it was an emotional moment. The ring was beautiful too!

Brimer Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation last week! The Brimer's treated us to a week in Garden City, SC. We had a beach house right on the ocean. It had a huge open living room/kitchen area, a large screened in back porch and a pool (although it was a little too cool for it). We had a wonderful time relaxing, eating well, playing with Bella, golfing and going to the beach. Here a some of the pictures!

Flowers & Masks

Erin's rehearsal dinner was a Masquerade Party since it was on Halloween so we had to buy masks. Here we are having a little fun with it.

These are the beautiful flowers Josh sent me on Friday to kick off our vacation...he's so sweet!!! I took them all the way to the beach and back to knoxville so I could enjoy them :)

VIP Party

Last Thursday I went to the VIP party. It was a lot of fun and a neat experience. There were no celebrities...just an interesting mix of people all dressed up. We arrived at the church and a bus shuttled everyone to the mansion. It was a very modern mansion and after walking through the gorgeous pool area and downstairs past a waterfall you made it to the party room. I also saw Josh's old college roommate and that was fun!!
